The Pirkanmaa Stroke Association’s pop-up waffle stand will be open as long as there is batter available. Coffee, juice, and non-alcoholic beverages are also available. Subject to weather conditions. Cash, card and MobilePay payments accepted. Location: in front of Tampere Art Museum.

Immerse yourself in the museum’s artworks while J. S. Bach’s timeless cello music fills the space with baroque beauty and depth. Performer: Risto Rajakorpi, cello. Location: upper hall.


AT 20.55–21.10 MUSIC: MINI CONCERT BY A MUSICIAN OF TAMPERE PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA

Feel how Einar Englund’s Arioso Interrotto and Osmo-Tapio Räihälä’s Garden Wind engage in a musical dialogue with urban landscape composed of highlights from the museum’s contemporary art. Performer: Heidi Kuula, violin. Location: the lowest floor of the museum.

Relax and unwind with the tender, romantic, and slightly wistful tones of a late-night trumpet and piano duo. Programme: H. L. Clarke’s From the Shores of the Mighty Pacific, Astor Piazzolla’s Tanti Anni Prima and Francis Thomé’s: Fantaisie. Performers: Tamás Mészáros, trumpet, and Ville Hautakangas, piano.
